Check-out is by 12 p.m. (noon). The front desk can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out.

Yes: there is an elevator and access to the apartment is step-free.

There is no crib at the moment, but we can look into it — just ask before booking.

How does the laundry work?

Accepted Answer

The laundry is free, by appointment at reception. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers; at your time slot you pick up the key at reception, load your clothes and lock the door while you use it. Each guest has up to 4 hours (the estimated time to wash and dry) and returns the key to reception afterwards for the next guest.
